Performance Boat Manufacturing is getting close to being able to offer a "Stitch and Glue" OK Dinghy kit (modeled after the Mirror Dinghy Kits) made of Occoume Plywood and Mahogany, complete with fittings, sail, spars, and foils. Once I have a few things finalized, I will have prices available. These kits would be very easy to assemble, being pre-cut and marked parts, with very user friendly epoxy system for fillets and wet-out. Different kit packages would be available, ranging from a hull/deck only, right up to a full kit with everything to get you on the water. More details to follow when I have them finalized.
